1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the dj47 platform and its users ("you" or "Member"). The following definitions apply to this agreement:

  • Platform: dj47's website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
  • Member/User: Any person who has registered an account on the platform or is using the services.
  • Services: Slot games, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming options.
  • Account: A member's registered profile on the platform.
  • Transaction: Any financial activity on the platform related to deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses.

These terms apply to all products and services. Additional terms may apply to special promotional offers or game-specific rules, which will be stated on the relevant page.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

Important: You must be at least 21+ years old to use dj47's services. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately.

The following eligibility requirements are mandatory to use the platform:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • You must be an independent individual with full mental capacity.
  • Participating in online gaming or betting activities must not be legally prohibited for you in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.
  • You are operating the account on your own behalf and not for anyone else.
  • Your account has never previously been closed or suspended by dj47.

dj47 reserves the right to close an account and confiscate all funds if false information is provided regarding age or identity.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information to open a valid account. Each person may only open one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all such accounts will be closed.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify the dj47 support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dj47 may request necessary documents to verify your identity at any time. If the required information or documents are not provided, your account may be temporarily suspended.

Please note: Providing accurate information ensures your account is verified quickly and there are no delays in transactions.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at dj47 is ৳500. Deposits can be made using the following methods:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for a request is 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

Condition: Ensure you have sufficient available balance in your account before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the most recent deposit.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus is ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or IP address.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.
  • Each offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.

6 VIP Program

dj47's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier by staying regularly active. dj47 reserves the right to change the details of VIP benefits.

Please note: Cashback benefits are not automatically applied each week — you may need to claim them by contacting the support team.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dj47 platform:

  • Exploiting the bonus system to gain dishonest profit or engaging in arbitrage activities.
  • Placing two opposing bets from the same or different accounts.
  • Attempting to gain an advantage through hacking, cracking, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
  • Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Impersonating platform staff or providing a false identity.
  • Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
Consequence: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

8 Game Rules and Results

Each game on dj47 has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. The general gaming policy is as follows:

8.1 Validity of Results

Game results confirmed by the dj47 system are final and binding. If a game does not complete due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded. However, dj47 is not responsible for network disruptions.

8.2 Disputed Results

If you have an objection to a game result, the support team must be notified within 72 hours. The relevant transaction may be put on hold during the investigation.

8.3 Fair Play Policy

dj47 believes in fair play. All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

9 Personal Data and Privacy

dj47 is committed to protecting your personal data. All information is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. Your data will be used only for the following purposes:

  • Account management and identity verification.
  • Transaction processing.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Service Changes and Suspension

  • Necessary action due to a security threat.
  • Regulatory or legal requirements.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dj47 will not be liable for:

  • Game interruptions caused by the user's internet connection issues.
  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
  • Delays caused by disruptions to third-party services (such as payment gateways).
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In any dispute, dj47's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

13 Dispute Resolution

14 Changes to Terms

dj47 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time. The updated date will be noted on this page after any change. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email where possible. However, even if you do not receive this notification, the updated terms will still apply — so please check this page regularly.
